Send your fastener drawing with the material, quantities and documents you need.
MedCNCParts manufactures components to customer specifications; it does not design or market medical devices.
MedCNCParts, the medical division of DEK, machines medical fasteners to your drawing, not from a catalog: device and instrument fasteners first, and implant screws made to OEM drawings as an additional capability.
Parts are turned, finished, marked and inspected under an ISO 13485 quality system, from engineering samples to repeat production, within our range of medical device components. The OEM owns design validation, ISO 10993 biological evaluation, sterilization validation and regulatory clearance.
Orthopedic, dental, surgical and diagnostic device programs source these parts to drawing, from engineering samples to repeat production, with records supplied on request.

No. Every fastener is machined to the customer's drawing; we hold no catalog stock and run no distribution programs.
Small diameters are turned on Swiss-type lathes and fine features are added by micro machining; the limit depends on material, length and thread and is confirmed per drawing.
Titanium (ASTM F136, F67), 316LVM (ASTM F138), 316L and instrument stainless steels, and PEEK; other alloys on request.
Yes. Titanium fasteners can be color anodized and parts can be laser-marked, so they ship finished and marked to your specification.
On request, we supply the documents your program needs: a CoC, material certificates with lot traceability, an FAI report and inspection records for critical dimensions. Parts are made under an ISO 13485-certified quality system.
