MedCNCParts, the medical division of DEK, machines drill guides and sleeves, external fixator clamps and frame parts, and, as an additional capability, bone plates for internal and external fixation systems.
Every part is made to print under an ISO 13485 quality system, with material and lot traceability, first article inspection and dimensional records on request. The OEM owns the design, its mechanical verification and its regulatory clearance; we hold the drawing on every lot.
Orthopedic, dental, surgical and diagnostic device programs source these parts to drawing, from engineering samples to repeat production, with records supplied on request.
